Our Mission and How You Can Help

At the Charleston Navy League, we are dedicated to serving the Navy, Marines, and Coast Guard by providing support, advocacy, and youth leadership programs.

Our mission is centered around three key pillars:

  • Active-Duty Support: We enhance the morale of local Coasties, Sailors, and their families through our participation in national and council-level programs.
  • Advocacy: Our goal is to educate the public and Congress on the importance of strong national sea services for our nation's defense, well-being, and economic prosperity.
  • Youth Leadership: We support local youth character-building programs, such as the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps, and Junior ROTC, that instill values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment in young people.
